We offer HOME DELIVERY and IN STORE PICK UP

Please note that not all of our products are available online for local delivery or in store pick up. If there are items you would like that are not available on the site please purchase those items in store. We are continually working to increase our delivery options and more items may be available in the future for delivery/pick up. 

 

IN STORE PICK UP IS FREE

Please allow us 2 hours to prep your order and please order by the pickup deadlines below. Pick up at the counter. You will be required to show us your order confirmation or provide us with your order number upon pickup. 

Please pick up your purchase BEFORE 8pm. 

Orders that have not been picked up same day may be picked up the following day. 
 

LOCAL DELIVERY with PDQ COURIER

Deliverys Monday - Saturday 11AM - 4PM

For same day delivery, place order before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the following day. 

We offer economical and eco-friendly, zero-emission bike delivery by a fellow East-Side, small indie company, PDQ Couriers. Please help us to support local biz and bikers!  These bike delivery persons can get your order to you in approximately 2 hours. No package is too small or too big. Please refer to the map below to see if you are within our delivery zone. As we expand our delivery service we will soon be extending our delivery zone area so please check back often. 

Here is the pricing for local delivery within our zone map. 

  • 25 to 35 lbs - $7
  • 35 lbs and up $9

IMPORTANT: 

You can expect your delivery within 2 hours (depending on traffic, etc). Please be DETAILED when leaving instructions as to where you would like your orders placed on your property. We HIGHLY recommend customers to add their PHONE NUMBER and APARTMENT NUMBER in the note section when placing an order! Riders may need to call you in the case that they cannot deliver to your door. Undelieverable packages will be redirected to the BlueCollar store and will NOT re-attempt delivery.

Astro Loyalty Stamp Programs

If you would like Astro Credit for your pickup or delivery order please USE THE SAME NAME or INFO/PHONE NUMBER as used on your Astro program. If we cannot find you in the Astro system you will not be credited for your order. No exceptions. Please put your ASTRO information down in the notes section at check out. 

Stamp Cards

Stamps for the stamp card program are not eligible for home delivery. No exceptions.
